Eligibility & Admission Process
To be eligible for an undergraduate (UG) Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program, a student must be at least 17 years old, have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Secure a minimum percentage in these subjects (e.g., 50% for General category), He/she must qualify the NEET-UG entrance exam.
Students must qualify NEET-UG and participate in the centralized counselling conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). The course is 5 years long, including a compulsory 1-year internship.
