“WORLD PHARMACIST DAY” AT SRINIVAS COLLEGE

Srinivas College of Pharmacy in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Local branch, Mangalore organized a function to mark “WORLD PHARMACIST DAY” in Valachil Campus on 25.09.2017. Dr. Padmaja Udaykumar, Vice Dean, Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore inaugurated by lighting the lamp and highlighted the role of pharmacists who take multiple tasks and shoulder great responsibility in healthcare system. On this occasion Student council 2017-18 was inaugurated .

Dr. A.R.Shabaraya, Principal & Director, Srinivas College of Pharmacy, President, IPA, local branch, Mangalore in his presidential remarks called upon the budding Pharmacists to uphold the ethics and importance of this noble profession in healthcare system.

Students who have secured ranks in D.Pharm May 2017examinations and excelled in co and extracurricular activities were felicitated.

Dr. E.V.S Subrahmanyam, Vice President, IPA local branch Mangalore welcomed & introduced the guests. Mr. Krishnananda Kamath, coordinator, student council, outgoing president student council Mr. Shreyas, and incoming president student council Mr. Rohan were also present. Ms. Agnes Jain Rose & Ms. Jewel Janice anchored the programme. Mr. Viresh K Chandur, Asst. Professor, Srinivas College of Pharmacy proposed vote of thanks.
