REPORT ON NATIONAL PHARMACY WEEK -2019

Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Valachil, in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Dakshina Kannada District, Local Branch, Mangalore observed National Pharmacy Week 2019(18.11.2019-22.11.2019). Dr. Rajeshwari Devi, District Medical Officer, Wenlock District Hospital, Mangalore was the chief guest of the inaugural function on 18.11.2019. She advised to develop professional attitude and be vigilant on drug abuse and its influence on younger generation.

Dr. E.V.S. Subrahmanyam, Professor, Srinivas College of Pharmacy & Vice President IPA welcomed the guests and highlighted the significance of observing the National Pharmacy week every year to bring awareness of pharmacy profession to the society. Ms. Anusha Shetty, Student council president, highlighted on the importance of Pharmacy week. Ms. Aysha & Ms. Fathima anchored the program, Dr. Satish S, Dr. Krishnananda Kamath, Mr. Shripaty D and Mr. Viresh K. Chandur, coordinators were present during the function.
