REPORT ON WEBINAR ON PHARMACOLOGY EXPERIMENTATION SOFTWARE

Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Local Branch, Dakshina Kannada District in association with Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore has organized webinar on �Virtual Pharmacology Experimentation Software� on 10th October 2022.Resource person Dr. Dharmendra Ahuja, Professor & Dean, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women�s University, Jaipur, detailed about the Virtual Pharmacology Experimentation Software. He has explained the software for conducting various pharmacology experiments for regular practicals and also for examinations. He explained the significance of using software for regular practical experiments as an alternative to animal experiments. More than 400 delegates from India and abroad had participated in the webinar and took advantage of the presentation. The college has arranged for the live session through ICT enabled seminar hall and more than 300 students had witnessed the same. Dr. Karunakar Hegde, Professor & Head, Dept. of Pharmacology, Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore and Coordinator of the webinar, introduced the college and the event and also coordinated the programme. Dr. A. Ramakrishna Shabaraya, Principal & Director, Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore, President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Local Branch, Dakshina Kannada District and Convener of the Programme has introduced and welcomed the resource person for the webinar.
