REPORT ON NATIONAL GIRL CHILD DAY

NSS unit of Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Dakshina Kannada District Local Branch, Mangalore Celebrate National Girl Child Day with theme: �Empowering Girls for Brighter Tomorrow� on 25th January 2023. Dr. Veena Sathosh Rai, Associate Professor, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Merlapadavu, Mangalore. Inaugurated the program and gave a talk on empowering girl child and detailed about the laws concern about uplift of girl child. Dr. A.R.Shabaraya, Principal Srinivas College of Pharmacy and President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Mangalore presided over the function and detailed about the empowered women since time immemorial in our country and highlighted contribution of women to the society. Dr. E.V.S Subrahmanyam, Professor and HOD, SCP & Vice President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Mangalore Dr. Padmavathi P Prabhu, Professor, Ms. Vineetha.K. Asst. Prof. Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore and Student Council President, Ms. Thrupthi. P. Rai was present during the programme.
