REPORT ON INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY

Srinivas College of Pharmacy in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Local Branch, Mangalore organised �International Women�s Day� on 8th March 2023. The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Sumana V.S. Asst .Professor, Department of Chemistry, Srinivas Institute of Technology, Valachil, Mangalore she recalled female Protagonist of Hindu Epic who made an great Impact on Society. She also mentioned about how there is a women behind every successful man, like wise there is a man behind every successful women.Dr. A.R.Shabaraya, Principal Srinivas College of Pharmacy and President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Mangalore, wished the gathering and advised to take a initiation to represent themselves in all sector. He also mentioned how a woman plays different roles as a daughter, as a mother, as a sister, as a friend, and as a wife. Being a man we need to support and appreciate her in all stages of life.Dr. E.V.S Subrahmanyam, Professor and HOD, SCP & Vice President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Mangalore Dr. Padmavathi P Prabhu, Professor, Mrs. Bhavyashree T, Ms. Vineetha.K. Asst. Prof. Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore and Student Council President, Ms. Thrupthi. P. Rai were present during the programme.Dr. Padmavathi P Prabhu, Professor coordinated the programme. Ms. Josna Priya, welcomed and introduced the gathering. Ms. Nireeksha Shetty, anchored the programme and Ms. Thrupthi P Rai proposed vote of thanks.
