REPORT ON AZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV 75TH INDEPENDENCE DAY

Indian Pharmaceutical Association, local branch, Mangalore in association with Srinivas College Pharmacy, Valachil, Mangalore has organized �Har Ghar Ki Tiranga� awareness programme on 12.08.2022. on this occasion, national flags were distributed to the local population. Good number of Pharmacy students participated in this programme, organized as part of �Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav� a concept conceived and propagated by Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of India�s Independence. It highlights the glorious history, culture and achievements of India.On 13.08.2022, large number of pharmacy students, faculty members of Srinivas College of Pharmacy under the guidance of IPA, Mangalore have organized Rally on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.Further, all the executive members of IPA, Local Branch, led by Dr. A.R.Shabaraya, President of IPA local branch, Mangalore, faculty members of Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Valachil, Mangalore and large number of Pharmacy students participated in flag hoisting ceremony on 15.08.2022 in the Valachil campus grounds. On this occasion, Dr. A.R. Shabaraya was the chief guest and addressed the gathering. He has highlighted the significance of celebrating the 75th Independence day, an important part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and also explained the significance of the vision of Prime Minister �ATMA NIRBHAR BHARAT� (self reliance of India) to shape India as healthy, strong, prosperous and powerful nation.
