It is hereby to inform all the public that –

1. All appointment/promotion/relieving of the employees will be approved in the Head Office by Chancellor or Pro-Chancellor with the required direction in implementing it.

2.The proper authority to approve/sanction any purchase will be from the Head Office only duly signed by the Chancellor or Pro-Chancellor alongwith the required Purchase Order.
