VANAMAHOTSAVA CELEBRATION @ Srinivas Institute of Dental Science

Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences, Mukka in collaboration with Indian Dental Association, Dakshina Kannada Branch organized “ VANAMAHOTSAVA CELEBRATION” at the campus on 6th july 2017.

Dr. Manoj Varma, Dean, Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences, Mukka inaugurated the programme along with Sri. Satish Kumar, Chief Priest, Satya dharma Devi Temple, Mukka who was the chief guest of the day.

3rd year BDS students performed a skit on ‘ Save Trees, Save Earth’ and gave a wonderful message to all. Sri. Satish Kumar in his speech told about the importance of trees and about afforestation.

The saplings which were brought from Karnataka forest Department were planted by Dr. Manoj Varma, Sri. Satish Kumar, HODs, staffs and students in the college campus. Around 50 saplings were planted.
