Sports and Cultural Fest - Impressions 2020

The sports and cultural fest is held every year for a week followed by a valedictory function to bring the fest to an end by chancellor of Srinivas University Sri. CA. A. Raghavendra Rao and pro-chancellor Dr. A. Srinivas Rao.Dr. Sharan J. Shetty senate member of RGUHS, Bengaluru and reader, A. J. Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangaluru inaugurated the sports fest by lighting the torch. After declaring the sports meet open, he motivated the students to continue pursuing sports by sharing his life experiences. He also gave the message that extracurricular activities are important for building the character and personality of a person and is also needed in the life of medical health professionals to remain fit and healthy.Thomas Pinto,principal of College of Engineering and Technology, Srinivas University flagged off the march past.Prof. Dr. Manoj Varma, Dean of SIDS extended his complete support to the students to actively take part in sports. He also cheered and congratulated the staffs who participated in the march past event.All the staffs and students of the institute participated enthusiastically in events held for the day.
