Dental treatment camp on the 25/08/2024

A dental treatment camp was successfully conducted on the 25th of August, 2024, at Vijaya Vittala Bhajana Mandir, Bajpe. The camp commenced with a brief inaugural function at 09:00 am.The camp saw active participation from various departments, including Oral Surgery, Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Periodontics, and Public Health Dentistry. The team was further supported by interns from the Public Health Dentistry department.Throughout the day, the team focused on raising oral health awareness among the attendees. A comprehensive check-up was conducted for approximately 90 patients. Among them, around 45 patients received treatments, which included oral prophylaxis, restorations, and extractions.The camp concluded successfully at 2:00 PM, having made a significant impact on the local community by providing essential dental care and promoting oral health awareness.
