CDE program on Temporomandibular Dysfunction

A CDE program on Temporomandibular Dysfunction was organised by the Department of Prosthodontics, Crown, Bridge & Implantology on 20/08/2024.The Resources Person for the day was Dr. Sanath Shetty. The program commenced with the prayer and welcoming of dignitaries followed by lighting of the lamp. Professor Dr. Nitesh Shetty, Organizing chairman & Head of the Department of Prosthodontics, Crown, Bridge and Implantology welcomed the gathering. Dr Sapna Chengappa, Reader, Department of Prosthodontics, introduced the guest speaker for the day.This was followed by Dr. Sanath Shetty addressing the gathering .The dean Professor Dr. K Reshma Pai, addressed the gathering in her presidential note. The dean Professor Dr. K Reshma Pai along with the HOD of Department of Prosthodontics, Crown, Bridge and Implantology Professor Dr. Nitesh Shetty and Professor Dr. Giridhar Kamath presented a momento to the guest speaker Dr. Sanath Shetty The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Niveditha Varmudy, Assistant Professor, Department of Prosthodontics, Crown, Bridge and Implantology. The podium was then handed over to Dr. Sanath Shetty to commence the CDE lectures to delegates which included faculty, post graduate students and house surgeons from various dental colleges.His lecture was in 2 sessions, The first was TMD- Decipher it's complexity followed by his second lecture on Splints for TMD.The program was concluded by Professor Dr. Nitesh Shetty presenting the certificate of appreciation to Dr.SanathShetty.
