ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR THE IMPLANT MODULE

The Department of Prosthodontics and Implantology conducted the Orientation Programme for the Implant Module on 25th of March,2022 in partnership with Nobel Biocare Implant systems.The orientation programme commenced with a prayer song and lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. Dr.Haifa hosted the ceremony. The Dean, Prof.Dr. K.Reshma Pai addressed the gathering with her valuable inputs. Prof Dr.Nitesh Shetty, head of the department of Prosthodontics introduced the speaker and mentor of the module, Prof Dr Hasan Sarfaraz, Head,Centre of Oral Implantology,Yenepoya Dental college. A MOU was signed between Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences and Nobel Biocare Implant Systems. The mentor then delivered a brief presentation on the basic guidelines of the module,case selection and treatment planning. The programme was concluded by Dr.Sapna delivering the vote of thanks.
