National Oral Medicine and Radiology Day

On account of *’National Oral Medicine and Radiology Day’* which is celebrated on the 24th of April, we the faculty along with interns and students at Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences, Mangaluru conducted few events to enlighten the theme _”Revolutionizing Smiles: Innovate, Illuminate, Radiate”_The event was organized to raise awareness about the importance of oral health and to recognize the contributions of the field of oral medicine and radiology. The celebration featured various activities, such as Treasure hunt, Minute to win It, Quiz, Debate, Dumbcharades etc for students to actively participate and to learn more about oral health in an interactive way.Prizes were awarded to winners of the games, adding to the excitement of the event. The Dean of the institution Prof (Dr) K Reshma Pai delivered a speech highlighting the significance of oral health and the role of oral medicine professionals in promoting it. The celebration concluded with a cake cutting ceremony, symbolizing unity and camaraderie among participants in their commitment to oral health. Overall, the event was a success, bringing together individuals passionate about oral health and reinforcing the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
