Raghavendra Rao, Honourable Chancellor, Srinivas University and President, A.Shama Rao Foundation Mangalore and Dr. A.Srinivas Rao, Honourable Pro-Chancellor, Srinivas University and Vice President A.Shama Rao Foundation Mangalore, Smt. A. Vijayalakshmi R.Rao Trustee- Member, Board of Governors, A.Shama Rao Foundation Mangalore, Trustee-Member, Board of Governors,Srinivas university Prof.(Er). Smt. A. Mitra S. Rao, Trustee-Member, Board of Governors,Srinivas University & Secretary, A. Shama Rao Foundation. The Dignitaries addressed the gathering and motivated the students through their Inspiring words. Dean Prof.Dr. K Reshma Pai welcomed the guests.The UG and PG toppers of RGUHS examination and students who won various prizes in the conferences last year were awarded. Prof .Dr. Hemanth M, Head of Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology proposed the vote of thanks. Dr. Bettina Ashwini and Dr.Sheehan Dsouza compered the event and the programme was concluded with entertainment program by students and National Anthem.On 01/ 02/ 2024 Dr Shruthi Acharya Associate professor from Department of Oral medicine and radiology at MCODS Manipal and a co-founder of Eikona accompanied by Dr Pavithra from Eikona, presented her patent product Tarsier X radiographic stabilising system for taking IOPARs.The Dean Dr Reshma Pai welcomed Dr Shruthi Acharya with a floral bouquet and shared a few words about the guest . She also inspired all the PG students and interns about how their ideas can be put into action and get patency for the same.Dr Shruthi Archarya’s exceptional words about innovation ,guidance and economics related to patency in the field of Dentistry motivated all the students. The presentation was followed by a live demonstration of the product TARSIER X ,offering a first hand look at its capabilities.This programme was attended by the faculty members, PG students and interns.
