Rotary Endodontics- Skill Enhancement Workshop for interns

The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics conducted an informative lecture session and hands-on workshop for the interns at Srinivas Institute of Dental Sciences. This skill enhancement workshop on Rotary Endodontics was conducted on the 26th of September 2023. It was led by Dr. Kishan.K.V. Professor and Head of the Department, welcoming the interns with an introductory lecture on the overview of rotary endodontics. Dr Souparna Madhavan, Reader, further provided the interns detailed information regarding the same. The lecture sessions followed by the hands-on workshop was guided by our own Faculty members, Dr Kishan, Dr Pavithra, Dr Souparna Madhavan, and Dr Bettina Ashwini.The main aim of the skill enhancement workshop was to involve with the interns on one on one basis to improve their skills with respect to diagnosis, evaluation, treatment plan and treatment with regard to Endodontics. A total of 20 interns actively participated and was confident enough to imply the knowledge clinically that was delivered during the workshop
