  • FOOD PRODUCTION: The College has three well equipped food Production Laboratories they are Basic Training Kitchen, Quantity Training Kitchen& Advanced Training Kitchen here the staff members train the students to master the art of preparing international and Indian Cuisines.


  • BAKERY & CONFECTIONARY – A well equipped bakery and confectionary is an added feature. Here the students are introduced to the intricacies of pastries, cakes, breads etc. and are trained in the techniques of cake decoration and icing.


  • TRAINING RESTAURANT: The Training Restaurant moulds the students in the areas of presentation and showmanship. The mock bar trains the students in the preparation of cocktails,mocktails, flambe etc.


  • FRONT OFFICE – It is used to impart knowledge and skill in managing the front desks of hotels. It has a mock front office lab to train the students


  • HOUSEKEEPING– It is modeled as a Hotel suite room, which helps the students to learn about the service and maintenance of rooms, flower arrangement, Linen etc.


  • COMPUTER LAB: The college has ultra modern information technology facilities, which includes a well equipped lab with Wi-Fi Technologies, free internet facility access to students.


LIBRARY– The unlimited thirst for knowledge is quenched by a well established library consisting of around 14,000 books, 40 International & National Journals, Leading magazines and News papers.
